Have some Questions regarding our Broken Bow or North Georgia mountain cabin rentals? Feel free to review our frequently asked questions. If you can’t find an answer here, you can always contact us directly. We’re happy to provide all the information you need to feel confident that Bearskin Lodges properties are the best places to stay in your favorite destinations.
Q. Are towels and linens provided?
A. Yes! We provide fresh linens and towels for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer available at each cabin if you need to wash anything during your stay.
Q. What dishes and appliances are provided?
A. We should have everything you need to cook your favorite meal. Each cabin has the following: Toaster, blender, crock pot, pizza pan, baking sheet, all dishes, cups, wine glasses, silverware, grill tools and more. Please contact us directly if you have a question about a specific item.
Q. Do the cabins have internet?
A: Yes! All cabins have WIFI. Please be aware that third-party service disruptions are out of our control. Satellite WIFI is available at the Georgia properties and we cannot guarantee the speed. If you experience difficulties with your WIFI service please contact us.
Q. Do we need to bring toilet paper or paper towels?
A. We supply a STARTER set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, dish sponges, kitchen towels and coffee. We have a coffee maker and Keurig at each cabin with coffee, creamer, and sugar.
Q. Can you set up for birthdays or anniversaries?
Yes! If you let us know ahead of time, we can help you set up something special! Please contact us for pricing and packages.
Q. Do you supply firewood?
A. Firewood is only supplied at our Georgia Cabins.
Q. What time is check-in/check-out?
A. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Q. When will I receive directions & cabin entry instructions?
A. You will receive detailed check-in information from us 3 days before your arrival date.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. We do allow pets at Cozy Mountain Retreat, The Superior and Lakeview Lodge. We allow up to 2 dogs-40 lbs max. $150 pet fee required. We do not allow pets at any other cabins.
